This policy is intended to provide clarity to merchants and demonstrate to payment service providers that Shopuze ensures the timely and efficient delivery of all purchased services.
This policy applies to all sellers/merchants (“you,” “your,” or “merchant”) who subscribe to any of Shopuze’s plans, services, or additional features through the platform. It covers the procedures for accessing and utilizing these services upon payment, and how Shopuze ensures fulfillment of these digital offerings.

Delivery of Digital Services

Immediate Access to Services
Upon successful payment of any subscription plan or service fee, Shopuze provides immediate access to the purchased services. These services are delivered digitally, meaning there is no physical shipment involved. You can access and manage these services directly through your Shopuze account dashboard.

Activation of Subscription Plans
Once a subscription plan is purchased, it is automatically activated within your Shopuze account. You will be able to access all features and benefits associated with the chosen plan immediately after the payment is processed. The activation date serves as the start of your billing cycle, and services will continue as long as payments are up-to-date.

Delivery of Additional Services
For any additional services or features purchased through Shopuze (such as themes, domain names, or access to the any Feature add-ons), these are also delivered digitally and made available within your account immediately after payment. You can access these services from the relevant sections of your Shopuze dashboard.

Subscription Renewals

Automatic Renewalsq
All subscription plans and certain services on Shopuze are subject to automatic renewal. This ensures continuous access to the services without interruption. The subscription fee will be automatically charged to your authorized payment method on the renewal date, and the service will be delivered seamlessly into the next billing cycle.

Notification of Renewal
You will be notified of upcoming renewals through your Shopuze dashboard and via email notifications. These notifications will include details of the services to be renewed, the associated fees, and the renewal date.

Cancellation of Renewals
If you do not wish to continue with a subscription or service, you can cancel the renewal through your account settings before the renewal date. Upon cancellation, the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew further.

Fees and Payment Processing

Overview of Fees
Fees associated with your Shopuze account include Subscription Fees, Transaction Fees, and Additional Fees (collectively, the “Fees”). All Fees are paid using an authorized payment method linked to your Shopuze account.

Billing and Delivery of Services
Billing for Subscription Fees is conducted in advance every 30 days, marking the start of each billing cycle as the “Billing Date.” Once payment is received, Shopuze immediately delivers the associated services for the upcoming period. Transaction Fees and Additional Fees are billed and delivered as applicable based on your account activity.

Handling Payment Issues
In the event that payment processing fails, Shopuze will attempt to process the payment using any other authorized payment methods on file. If payment cannot be processed within 28 days of the initial attempt, your account and associated services may be suspended. Upon successful payment, services will be reactivated, including all features and access associated with your plan.

Account Suspension and Service Interruption

Impact of Non-Payment
If payment of Fees remains unresolved beyond 28 days, your Shopuze account may be suspended. During this suspension, access to your account and associated services will be restricted. To restore service, you must settle any outstanding Fees and cover the Fees for the next billing cycle.

Permanent Account Closure
If you do not resolve the outstanding payment within 60 days of suspension, Shopuze reserves the right to permanently close your account. All associated services and access will be terminated at this point.

Taxes and Financial Responsibilities

Taxation of Services
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase or subscription to Shopuze services. Shopuze will include these taxes in your billing statement based on the tax rates applicable to your billing address. These taxes are charged in addition to the Fees for the services.

Tax Exemptions
If you qualify for tax exemption, it is your responsibility to provide valid proof of your tax-exempt status. This exemption will apply from the date Shopuze receives and approves your documentation.

Updates and Amendments to the Policy

Right to Amend
Shopuze reserves the right to update or amend this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to merchants through email notifications or updates within your account dashboard.

Any changes to this policy will take effect 30 days after notification. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the updated policy.
