This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which Shopuze handles refunds, cancellations, and other related financial matters for merchants utilizing our platform. It is designed to ensure transparency and fairness while aligning with the financial obligations detailed in our Terms of Service.
This policy applies to all merchants/sellers (“you,” “your,” or “seller”) who use products or services of the Shopuze platform. It outlines the conditions and procedures for refunds and cancellations that applies to all merchants.

No Refund Policy

Payments are final
All payments made to Shopuze for services, products, subscriptions, and other offerings under our Terms of Service are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Subscription Fees, Transaction Fees, and Additional Fees (“Fees”). By using Shopuze’s services, you acknowledge and agree that once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Free trials
In instances where Shopuze offers free trials for its services or products, the terms of the trial will be specified in the offer. Any payments made during a free trial period are also non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellations

Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions to Shopuze’s services are subject to automatic renewal. By subscribing, you authorize Shopuze to automatically charge the applicable subscription or membership fees to your authorized payment method without further notice.

Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopuze account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid.

Suspension and Termination
If payment for Fees cannot be processed through your authorized payment method, Shopuze may attempt to charge any other authorized payment methods on file. Should payment remain unresolved after 28 days from the first attempt, your account may be suspended. If the outstanding Fees are not paid within 60 days from the suspension date, Shopuze reserves the right to terminate your account permanently. Reactivation of a suspended account requires full payment of all outstanding Fees, including Fees for the next billing cycle.

Fees and Billing Discrepancies

Responsibility for Fees
As a merchant, you are responsible for all Fees associated with your Shopuze account, including but not limited to Subscription Fees, Transaction Fees, and any Additional Fees. These Fees must be paid using an authorized payment method linked to your account.

Billing Discrepancies
If you believe there is an error in the billing of your Subscription Fees, you must notify Shopuze within two weeks of receiving the billing statement. After this period, all billed amounts are considered accurate, and no adjustments will be made.

Taxes and Financial Responsibilities

Tax Responsibilities
You are responsible for identifying, collecting, reporting, and remitting all taxes, duties, and other governmental fees associated with sales made through your Shopuze Store. Shopuze is not responsible for these obligations, except for taxes we are required to collect and remit on your behalf.

Tax Exemptions
If you are eligible for a tax exemption, it is your responsibility to provide valid proof of your tax-exempt status. Tax exemptions will only be applied from the date Shopuze receives and approves the necessary documentation.

Service and Account Changes

Updating Location and Jurisdiction
You must keep your location information accurate and up-to-date in your Shopuze Store settings. If your jurisdiction changes, update your location settings promptly to ensure correct tax calculations and compliance with local laws.

Modifications to Services
Shopuze may introduce new services, products, or changes to existing offerings. These changes may come with additional Fees, which will be communicated through your admin dashboard, email, or other approved methods. By continuing to use Shopuze’s services after these changes, you agree to the new Fees.

Final Provisions

No Reductions or Withholdings
All payments to Shopuze must be made in full, without any reductions or withholdings, except as required by law. You are responsible for any deductions or withholdings mandated by tax authorities and must pay these directly to the relevant agency.

Offset Rights
Shopuze retains the right to offset any amounts owed to you against any outstanding obligations you have towards us. This includes obligations arising from Fees, invoices, agreements, or any other financial commitments.

Updates and Amendments to the Policy

Right to Amend
Shopuze reserves the right to update or amend this Refunds & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to merchants through email notifications or updates within your account dashboard.

Effective Date of Changes
Any changes to this policy will take effect 30 days after notification. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the updated policy.
